This policy describes how we (Sandack Studios, LLC) handle information for Custom Quick Chats and this website.

The Windows app

Your presets, messages, and settings stay on your PC. We do not upload your chat content or local configuration to our servers.

License activation and trial checks contact our API so we can validate your license key or trial status for your machine. Support reports are generated only when you choose to create them; you decide whether to email them to us.

Purchases

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Payment details are processed by Paddle, not stored on our servers. After purchase, we receive order details needed to issue and manage your license (such as email and transaction identifiers).

This website

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand traffic (for example page views, referrers, and device type). We do not sell personal information.

If you submit a support ticket, we use the information you provide to respond and help resolve your issue.
