Refund Policy
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your payment contract is with Paddle. This page states our refund window clearly; full buyer terms also appear at checkout and in Paddle's Refund Policy.
Refund window
The refund window is 14 days from the date of purchase. You may request a refund within those 14 days. Refund requests are handled by Paddle and may also be subject to applicable consumer law in your region.
Before you request a refund
Many issues are fixable — input detection, chat key mismatches, and activation are common. Submit a support ticket first; we will try to help.
How to request a refund
Reply to your Paddle receipt, use Paddle's buyer support, or submit a support ticket with your order email. Approved refunds will deactivate your license key.
